About Us — Platinum Heating & BBQs

Platinum Heating & BBQs is a family owned Weber Store located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. For more than three decades, our team has helped local families create warm, stylish and functional homes through premium fireplaces, expert fireplace installation, ongoing servicing, and industry-leading Weber BBQ products.

What began as a small local heating specialist has grown into a trusted destination for gas fireplaces, electric fireplaces, wood fireplaces, Weber BBQs, Weber Outdoor Kitchens and complete fireplace servicing. Whether you’re renovating, building, upgrading your outdoor area or replacing an old heater, we offer personalised advice backed by real experience.

Leaders in Fireplaces & Heating Solutions

We specialise in helping homeowners choose the right fireplace for their space — from compact lounge rooms to large open-plan living areas. Our range includes:

• Gas fireplaces (Escea, Rinnai, Lopi, Regency & more)
• Electric fireplaces (Rinnai, British Fires, Onyx, Modern Flame)
• Wood fireplaces (Kent, Lopi, CleanAir, Regency)
• Outdoor heating solutions
• Complete fireplace installation services
• Local fireplace servicing & maintenance across the Sutherland Shire

Our technicians and in house installers work to the highest standards to ensure your new fireplace is efficient, safe and perfectly fitted. We also provide annual fireplace servicing, repairs and diagnostic checks to keep your fireplace running reliably through winter.

Whether you’re after a statement fireplace, a modern electric insert, or a high-efficiency wood heater, our team will guide you through the options, regulations and installation requirements.
